Material Information:

New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in our retail store. To be installed professionally by a bodyshop with a valid automotive repair business license. Carbon fiber parts are reinforced with a fiberglass backing for added strength. Carbon fiber parts still require prep work. You will need to preform taks such as: buffing, drilling holes (for winshield windshield water nozzles, etc), adding or removing fiberglass (mounting tabs, etc). Ships direct from the manufacturer or a distributor. Manufactured with a marine gelcoat variant to help prolong the life against UV aging effects. Carbon is a composite material and may exhibit more gap than OEM materials. Hoods require hood pins. We do not offer any guarantee of fitment on vehicles that have been in involved in accidents and/or have body damage or customization.

This often includes trimming, cutting, sanding, fitting, or adding additional fiberglass. Duraflex fender flares are crafted to extend the wheel arch, providing a more aggressive stance that often complements the style of a complete body kit. Some fender flares may need to be attached using rivet nuts with a rubber gasket between the flare and the original fender, though these components are not included. For more aggressive flares, cutting and rolling of the original fender may be necessary to create additional wheel clearance and achieve a lower stance. Given the properties of fiberglass, adjustments during installation are common, and it’s important to ensure proper alignment and fitment to avoid gaps or uneven surfaces.

Duraflex fenders offer a sleek, customized aesthetic upgrade. These lightweight fiberglass replacements may require reinforcement around the A-pillar and the fender mounting flange to ensure durability and a secure fit. Trimming and reshaping may be needed to align with the vehicle’s mounting points. Modifications to factory components, such as removing fender liners or adjusting brackets, may also be required to complete the installation.

For optimal results, Duraflex recommends professional installation by a custom shop experienced in handling fiberglass components. Traditional auto repair shops may not have the necessary expertise for trimming, cutting, or modifying fiberglass parts.

As with all Duraflex body kits and accessories, these fenders and fender flares are intended strictly for track, show, or off-road use. Due to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, most Duraflex fenders and fender flares are not street-legal. Duraflex does not endorse or recommend using these products on public roads or highways.
