USE OF WEBSITE

By entering our website or by purchasing our products , you agree to our TERMS & CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS SITE. Tilbury Enterprises LLC MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

All sales are final and all products sold by Tilbury Enterprises LLC are sold "AS-IS". Actual product may look slightly different from the photos. All products sold or distributed by Tilbury Enterprises LLC are non-refundable, unfinished, require prep work, may require modification for proper fitment and are solely for OFF-ROAD use only. No returns. No cancellations.

CHARGEBACK/NSF/PAYPAL POLICY

Tilbury Enterprises LLC does not tolerate credit card / NSF Checks / Paypal disputes and all fraud, without exception, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, employee down time and loss of revenues.

Tilbury Enterprises LLC considers credit card charge backs / NSF Checks / Paypal disputes to be fraud if you have made no reasonable effort to follow the terms you agreed to and allow us to fulfill your order in the time frame agreed upon. All frivolous disputes not only cost our employees time away from our usual and customary matters of conducting normal business, but cost us money, therefore:

In the event that you win the dispute with your credit card company / Paypal / Bank you are still legally bound to pay for the order, Tilbury Enterprises LLC will attempt to recover fraudulently disputed charges plus additional costs via a third-party collection agency and your account will be reported to all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. This may severely damage your credit rating for at least the next seven (7) years. At this point, we will not accept a return of the merchandise as settlement for the debt and will only accept payment in full. In addition to this, Tilbury Enterprises LLC will file a report with your local police or sheriff's department and file a mail fraud complaint with the United States Postal Inspection Service.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of Tilbury Enterprises LLC or its suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. All software used on this site is the property of Tilbury Enterprises LLC or its software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or republished. WEBSITE IMAGES

Please be aware that all cars depicted on the website are highly customized cars. Each car has had many modifications made to them including painting and possibly altering of the depicted kit. Please read the description of the part carefully as one or more of the kit options may include a different part then depicted in the image. The depicted parts may have extra work including, but not limited to, molding, cutting, or adding to the original piece. Parts such as lights, splitters, canards, scoops, paint, and others accessories are not included unless specifically specified in the product description.

INTERNET ORDERING POLICY

All electronic and internet orders placed through this site require processing time, orders do not ship immediately. This affects ground and air shipments. We strive to process your order as expediently as possible, and most orders are processed the next business day, after we receive the electronic transmission, but due to internet congestion and ISP server errors, sometimes the electronic transmission takes up to 72 hours to transmit. Tilbury Enterprises LLC is not responsible for delays in ground shipping by the freight carrier that we might choose to use. We normally do not accept any cancellations, if so it would be purely at our own discretion and may accompany a restocking fee.

PAYMENT

All customers must pre-pay for all products. This is because each product is special ordered. We will accept money orders, personal checks, cashier's checks, PayPal, and credit cards. All personal/company checks must wait two weeks for clearance.

RETURNS

All returns must be authorized and approved by Tilbury Enterprises LLC. We charge a 25% restocking fee on all returns (with our approval and valid RMA). Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. All return requests must be made within 5 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to an address of our choosing in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging) at customer's expense. Insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to Tilbury Enterprises LLC in the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued for specific product only (no refunds on shipping costs) when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

We may ask for pictures of shipping damage, in such a case you are required to email us pictures that Tilbury Enterprises LLC and our shipping carrier deem satisfactory in order for us to file a damage claim for your order. If you fail to send us pictures in 48 hours we may not be able to file a claim.

SHIPPING

Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write "DAMAGED" on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. KEEP THE DAMAGED GOODS, Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call Tilbury Enterprises LLC within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy WILL result in a denial for damage claim. We do not reimburse shipping fees. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Any parts shorted at time of delivery must be notated on the delivery receipt, after notating this on the signed delivery receipt contact us within 5 business days from the date of delivery by email if there is anything missing from the order.

WARRANTY/LIABILITY

All products sold by Tilbury Enterprises LLC are sold "AS IS" and unfinished to the customer. Tilbury Enterprises LLC does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by Tilbury Enterprises LLC are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Tilbury Enterprises LLC is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. Tilbury Enterprises LLC will not be responsible for the customer's actions.

AEROPARTS (ANY EXTERIOR BODY PART)

Aeroparts (any aerodynamic or cosmetic product for a vehicle, eg. bumpers / fenders / hoods / side skirts / splitters / scoops ,etc ) Buyer understands that all aeroparts are sold "AS IS" with no implied warranty. Buyer is responsible for all fees concerning installation of the products purchased from Tilbury Enterprises LLC. All products sold and manufactured by Tilbury Enterprises LLC are considered aftermarket in most states. The buyer understands that ALL aftermarket products we offer are intended for off-road use only. It is recommended that you check with your local state laws before you order any products to see if they are legal for highway use in your area. Buyer fully understands that because of strict State Safety and U.S. federal guidelines, Tilbury Enterprises LLC is not responsible or liable for any damages and/or possible injury incurred upon possible accident due to driver error, bad judgment or incorrect installation. Most aerodynamic kits are manufactured with 100% fiberglass. Due to the material used in production, aeroparts will NOT be a direct bolt-on. Aeroparts may require cutting, prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars for off-road use only. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing aeroparts. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass aeroparts experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of aeroparts. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered at our discretion.

INSTALLATION OF AERODYNAMICS

All aerodynamics are manufactured with fiberglass unless otherwise noted. Due to the material used in production aeroparts will NOT be a direct bolt-on. Aeroparts may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, cutting, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing aeroparts. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with custom fiberglass aeroparts experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment aeroparts. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered.

FIBERGLASS/CARBON FIBER HOODS

All products of Tilbury Enterprises LLC are for Off Road Use only. Tilbury Enterprises LLC is not liable for any damages through improper use. Products should be installed, fitted, and painted by a professional body shop. Aftermarket aero parts do often require the removal of bumper support beams and protection foam for fitment. Our parts are often made from multi-piece molds so split lines or seam lines are common and inevitable. They are not flaws. They are inherent in the production process and must be sanded down during the prep process. Buyer fully understands that all fiberglass & carbon fiber hoods or hoods made of similar lightweight materials are sold "AS IS" with no warranty expressed or implied, due to the fact that all hoods are made of 100% fiberglass or a combination of fiberglass / carbon fiber. Buyer is responsible for all fees concerning installation of the products purchased directly from Tilbury Enterprises LLC. Not all carbon hoods sold by Tilbury Enterprises LLC are perfect and may have minor scratches on the surface. Please keep in mind that there's no perfect fitment like the OEM for all aftermarket parts. Tilbury Enterprises LLC is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your hood) or act of nature. All aftermarket lightweight racing hoods are intended and recommended only for off-highway/show only! Buyer understands that all hoods are lightweight aftermarket hoods and that these hoods have no OEM specifications whatsoever. Most hoods come with stock latch. We require that you install hood pins / AeroCatch hood latches for safety purposes on all hoods. We strongly recommend all customers only have a highly skilled professional body shop/technician install and paint any aeroparts (that require paint) for factory or show quality look. Not all body shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality of work performed. If any aeroparts arrive damaged or cracked bad enough which it cannot be repaired, you must contact Tilbury Enterprises LLC immediately in order for claim to be processed and approved (customer must acknowledge damages upon arrival of products and sign the delivery receipt as "DAMAGED" otherwise, Tilbury Enterprises LLC may not be able to file a claim against the shipping company. Please refer to the Shipping/Handling section of this page for further details involving claims.

CONTINGENCIES

Seller shall not be liable for any failures to produce product to buyer when the cause of such failure is the result of forces of nature, labor dispute, supplies of material shortage; acts of local state, national, civil, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failures, accidents, strikes, transportation problems, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of seller's business.

BACKORDERS/CANCELLATIONS

Most aerodynamics orders take 2 to 4 weeks. In the event that there is a backorder, wait time may be 4 to 8 weeks. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and returns*. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. *returns are only considered at the discretion of Tilbury Enterprises LLC.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS

Tilbury Enterprises LLC reserves the right to terminate any account at its own discretion.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Tilbury Enterprises LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Tilbury Enterprises LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and processed.

PRIVACY POLICY

We at Tilbury Enterprises LLC understand many people are concerned about the safety of transferring their personal information on the Internet. We work hard to ensure your information is safe. At Tilbury Enterprises LLC we respect and value our customers and their privacy. The personal information you submit to us is used for purchase processing and accounting purposes only.
