Duraflex has been a dominant force in the aftermarket styling world since 2000, offering a wide range of fiberglass body kits, hoods, and fenders designed for vehicles like the Toyota Corolla. Known for blending aggressive styling with accessible pricing, Duraflex products give enthusiasts a practical way to transform the look of their Toyota Corolla without stepping into ultra-premium price territory. From bold front and rear bumpers to sleek side skirts and wide fender flares, each component is designed to elevate both aesthetics and aerodynamic presence.
Duraflex parts are constructed using a proprietary fiberglass blend that balances flexibility and strength, making them more resilient than traditional fiberglass alone. Each product is finished with a black gel coat and often includes mesh grilles where applicable, providing a solid foundation for paint and customization. With a broad catalog covering multiple vehicle platforms, Duraflex makes it easy to give your Toyota Corolla a distinctive, head-turning appearance.
For optimal results, professional installation is recommended. Due to the nature of fiberglass components, some level of modification such as trimming, sanding, or adding fiberglass may be required during the fitting process. It is strongly advised to perform a full dry fit before drilling or final installation. Taking the time to properly align each piece will ensure your Toyota Corolla achieves a clean, cohesive, and well-integrated final look.

To be installed professionally by a bodyshop with a valid automotive repair business license. Fiberglass parts always require prep work before they can be primed and painted. This product is made with fiberglass material, therefore it will exhibit chips, breaks, cracks, waves, scratches and holes which require modification. It is necessary to dry fit and drill mounting holes and preform body work before paint. Cutting and adding of fiberglass may be required for proper fitment. Ships direct from the manufacturer or a distributor. Primer finish. Hand layup is the manufacturing process used for the majority of our fiberglass parts. Hoods require hood pins. We do not offer any guarantee of fitment on vehicles that have been in involved in accidents and/or have body damage or customization.
Duraflex fenders and fender flares are aftermarket accessories designed specifically for track, show, and off-road use. These components are not intended for use on public roads, and Duraflex disclaims any responsibility for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from their use. Since these parts are made of fiberglass, they are not ""direct bolt-on"" and typically require significant preparation. This often includes trimming, cutting, sanding, fitting, or adding additional fiberglass. Installation may require custom bodywork, and issues like warping or fitment challenges can arise if not done carefully.
Duraflex fender flares are crafted to extend the wheel arch, providing a more aggressive stance that often complements the style of a complete body kit. Some fender flares may need to be attached using rivet nuts with a rubber gasket between the flare and the original fender, though these components are not included. For more aggressive flares, cutting and rolling of the original fender may be necessary to create additional wheel clearance and achieve a lower stance. Given the properties of fiberglass, adjustments during installation are common, and it’s important to ensure proper alignment and fitment to avoid gaps or uneven surfaces.
Duraflex fenders offer a sleek, customized aesthetic upgrade. These lightweight fiberglass replacements may require reinforcement around the A-pillar and the fender mounting flange to ensure durability and a secure fit. Trimming and reshaping may be needed to align with the vehicle’s mounting points. Modifications to factory components, such as removing fender liners or adjusting brackets, may also be required to complete the installation.
For optimal results, Duraflex recommends professional installation by a custom shop experienced in handling fiberglass components. Traditional auto repair shops may not have the necessary expertise for trimming, cutting, or modifying fiberglass parts.
As with all Duraflex body kits and accessories, these fenders and fender flares are intended strictly for track, show, or off-road use. Due to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, most Duraflex fenders and fender flares are not street-legal. Duraflex does not endorse or recommend using these products on public roads or highways.
