When installing Aero Function GFK components, some level of customization may be required. Although these parts are developed for precise fitment, minor adjustments can help achieve the best results. It is recommended to perform a dry fit before final installation. In some cases, trimming or additional fiberglass work may be needed to perfect alignment. Taking these extra steps ensures your Porsche 911 gets a seamless, factory-like finish, allowing the body kit to truly complement the vehicle’s overall design and stance.
New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in our retail store. To be installed professionally by a bodyshop with a valid automotive repair business license. Carbon fiber parts are reinforced with a fiberglass backing for added strength. Carbon fiber parts still require prep work. You will need to preform taks such as: buffing, drilling holes (for winshield windshield water nozzles, etc), adding or removing fiberglass (mounting tabs, etc). Ships direct from the manufacturer or a distributor. Manufactured with a marine gelcoat variant to help prolong the life against UV aging effects. Carbon is a composite material and may exhibit more gap than OEM materials. Hoods require hood pins. We do not offer any guarantee of fitment on vehicles that have been in involved in accidents and/or have body damage or customization.

Aero Function diffusers typically fit below the rear bumper, and in many cases, the bumper may need to be modified to accommodate the diffuser. Many diffusers are designed to fit specific bumpers or trims, so careful attention should be paid to design and compatibility during selection and installation.
Installation of Aero Function diffusers usually requires separate mounting hardware, which is not included in the package. This hardware may consist of L-brackets, bolts, screws, washers, and other fasteners. L-brackets are commonly used to attach the diffuser securely to the vehicle's chassis or bumper, while bolts and screws ensure a tight fit. Additional supports or reinforcements might be necessary, depending on the design and specific fitment of the diffuser. Since this hardware is not included, installers will need to source the appropriate materials separately to ensure compatibility with both the diffuser and the vehicle.
For optimal results, Aero Function recommends professional installation by a custom shop experienced with fiberglass components and aftermarket accessories. Traditional auto repair shops may lack the expertise needed for the nuances of proper fiberglass fitment and hardware requirements.
