New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in our retail store. To be installed professionally by a bodyshop with a valid automotive repair business license. Carbon fiber parts are reinforced with a fiberglass backing for added strength. Carbon fiber parts still require prep work. You will need to preform taks such as: buffing, drilling holes (for winshield windshield water nozzles, etc), adding or removing fiberglass (mounting tabs, etc). Ships direct from the manufacturer or a distributor. Manufactured with a marine gelcoat variant to help prolong the life against UV aging effects. Carbon is a composite material and may exhibit more gap than OEM materials. Hoods require hood pins. We do not offer any guarantee of fitment on vehicles that have been in involved in accidents and/or have body damage or customization.

As with all Carbon Creations products, these diffusers are not intended for use on public roads, and Carbon Creations disclaims any responsibility for damage or injury resulting from their use. Due to the nature of carbon fiber reinforced with fiberglass and the manufacturing processes involved, Carbon Creations diffusers are not ‘direct bolt-on’ parts and often require extensive preparation, such as sanding, fitting, or custom bodywork. Common issues with these diffusers include potential warping, cracking, or fitment challenges, especially if they are not handled or installed properly.
Carbon Creations diffusers generally fit below the rear bumper, and in many cases, the bumper may need to be modified to accommodate the diffuser. It's important to note that many diffusers are designed to fit specific bumpers, certain trims, or aftermarket styles, so careful attention should be paid to the design and compatibility when selecting and installing a diffuser.
In terms of installation, Carbon Creations diffusers typically require separate mounting hardware, which is not included in the package. This hardware often includes L-brackets, bolts, screws, washers, and other fasteners. L-brackets are commonly used to attach the diffuser securely to the vehicle's chassis or bumper, while bolts and screws ensure a tight fit. In some cases, additional supports or reinforcements might be necessary, depending on the design and the specific fitment of the diffuser. Since this hardware is not included, installers will need to source the appropriate materials separately, ensuring they are compatible with both the diffuser and the vehicle.
For optimal results, Carbon Creations recommends professional installation by a custom shop experienced with carbon fiber reinforced fiberglass components and aftermarket accessories. Traditional auto repair shops may lack the expertise to properly handle the nuances of fitment and hardware requirements. Like all Carbon Creations body kits and accessories, these diffusers are designed strictly for off-road and show use. Due to strict Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, most Carbon Creations diffusers are not street legal. Carbon Creations does not endorse or recommend using these diffusers on public roads or highways.
