    Due to the nature of polyurethane and the manufacturing processes involved, KBD grilles are not ""direct bolt-on"" parts. They often require preparation work, which can include sanding, cutting, shaving, and filling gaps. In some cases, adding additional reinforcement may be necessary for certain areas. Custom fitting and modifications to vehicle components, such as adjustments to the front bumper or mounting points, may also be needed to ensure a proper fit.

    KBD strongly recommends professional installation by a custom shop experienced in working with polyurethane components, as traditional auto repair shops may lack the expertise to handle these modifications effectively.
