Material Information:

New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in our retail store. Install professionally by a bodyshop with a valid automotive repair business license. Urethane parts require minimal prep work, such as: drilling holes, filler, flex paint agent, sanding, primer. Ships direct from the manufacturer or distributor. Manufactured using a process called RIM, Reaction Injection Molding in which the reactants were mixed then injected into a mold and treated with a memory agent to allow them to restore their original shape. Ships folded to conserve space. Set in the sun for at least 48 hours to restore the original shape. Use a smooth weight, such as a vinyl covered kettle bell on stubborn folds. We do not offer any guarantee of fitment on vehicles that have been in involved in accidents and/or have body damage or customization.

Fender Flares
Couture fender flares are designed to extend the wheel arch, creating a more aggressive stance that often matches the style of a complete body kit. Depending on the design, some fender flares may need to be attached using rivet nuts with a rubber gasket between the flare and the original fender, which are not included. More aggressive flares may also require cutting and rolling of the original fender to allow for greater wheel clearance and a lower stance. Adjustments during installation are common, and care must be taken to ensure proper alignment and fitment to avoid gaps or uneven surfaces.

Fenders
Couture fenders provide an aesthetic upgrade, giving vehicles a sleeker and more customized appearance. These lightweight polyurethane replacements often require additional reinforcement around the A-pillar and the fender mounting flange for durability and a secure fit. Trimming and reshaping the fender may be necessary to align with the vehicle’s mounting points. For optimal results, Couture recommends professional installation by a custom shop experienced in working with polyurethane. Traditional auto repair shops may lack the necessary expertise for proper trimming, cutting, or modifying polyurethane components. As with all Couture body kits and accessories, these fenders and fender flares are strictly for track, show, or off-road use. Due to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, most Couture fenders and fender flares are not street legal. Couture does not endorse or recommend using these products on public roads or highways.
